You need:

  • Mango: Both frozen and fresh mango will work perfectly for these popsicles.
  • Vanilla Yogurt or Skyr: This adds flavor and protein, making these mango popsicles so creamy. You can use dairy-free yogurt or plain yogurt too.
  • Maple Syrup: This adds natural sweetness. There is no refined sugar in these mango popsicles.


Get started:

  • First, add all three ingredients—mango, yogurt, and maple syrup—to a high-speed blender. If you want to make cherry mango popsicles, feel free to add 1/3 cup of frozen (pitted) cherries.
  • Next, evenly pour the mixture into popsicle molds and tap the filled molds on a kitchen counter to release any air pockets. Then, add the popsicle sticks. This recipe makes about 12 mini popsicles or 9 regular-sized ones.
  • After that, freeze the mango popsicles overnight or for at least 5 hours. Enjoy!
