Beauty benefits
Facial cupping is a traditional technique with proven physiological effects. By applying gentle, controlled suction to the skin, it stimulates microcirculation and promotes lymphatic drainage, helping to flush out metabolic waste and reduce fluid retention. This process supports improved skin elasticity, reduces muscular tension, and contributes to a more defined facial contour. Regular use may enhance the skin’s ability to absorb active ingredients and promote a healthy, radiant complexion through increased oxygen and nutrient delivery. Additionally, cupping promotes collagen production for firmer, more resilient skin, helps reduce the appearance of fine lines, improves skin texture, and supports detoxification by encouraging lymphatic flow. The technique also enhances the effectiveness of skincare products when combined with serums and oils, making it an essential part of your skincare routine.
Application
Preparation
Start with thoroughly cleansed skin. For facial cupping, apply the Facial Essential Oil Serum. For body cupping, use the Body Oil. This step is essential—without enough slip, the cups cannot glide properly across the skin.
Application
Squeeze the cup gently, place it on the skin to create light suction, and glide it in smooth, continuous motions. Always move from the center outward, or from bottom to top, to support lymphatic drainage and boost circulation.
-
Small Cup – For delicate areas like under the eyes and around the lips.
Glide gently from the under-eye area toward the temples or from the corners of the mouth outward. -
Medium Cup – For targeted facial areas such as cheeks, jawline, and forehead.
Start at the chin and move upward toward the ears and hairline. For the forehead, begin in the center and glide toward the temples. -
Large Cup – For use on the body.
Ideal for areas like thighs, arms, or abdomen. Always glide upward or in the direction of lymph nodes to support detoxification and skin firmness.
Tips for Best Results
-
Control the suction strength by adjusting how firmly you squeeze the cup before application.
-
Keep the cups moving at all times — do not leave them in one spot to avoid skin irritation or bruising.
Aftercare
Clean the cups with a damp cloth after use and let them air dry. Avoid immersing them in water.
Important Note
Facial cups should only be used on healthy, intact skin. Avoid use over active breakouts, rosacea-affected areas, broken capillaries or open wounds. If your skin is very sensitive, consult your dermatologist. You can always work around reactive zones or focus on the neck and décolleté to support lymphatic flow.

What is facial cupping and how does it work?
Facial cupping is a massage technique that uses gentle suction to stimulate blood flow and lymphatic drainage. It helps boost circulation, relax facial tension, sculpt contours, and promote a healthy glow.
Can I use this cupping set on my body as well?
Yes! The set includes different cup sizes for both face and body. Use the smaller cups for delicate facial areas and the larger ones to tone, smooth, and stimulate areas like thighs, arms, and stomach.
How often should I use facial and body cups?
2–3 times per week is ideal for best results. Keep each session short (around 5–10 minutes), and always follow with your regular skincare routine.
Do I need to use oil with the cups?
Absolutely. Always apply the Facial Essential Oil Serum or Body Oil before cupping to ensure smooth gliding and avoid tugging the skin.
Will cupping leave marks or bruises?
Not if used correctly. Always keep the cup moving—never leave it stationary on the skin. If you're new to cupping, start with light suction and short sessions.
Can I use the cups if I have rosacea or acne-prone skin?
Cupping is not recommended directly over areas with active rosacea or inflamed acne, as it may increase sensitivity or redness. However, you can safely work around these areas and focus on the neck and jawline to support lymphatic flow and reduce underlying congestion.
What are the cups made of?
The cups in the Sculpt & Glow Cupping Kit are made of high-quality, medical-grade glass with a soft, skin-friendly silicone bulb. This combination ensures safe and effective cupping without irritating the skin. The durable glass structure is easy to clean and maintain, while the flexible silicone top allows for controlled suction and smooth application.
